How to use your Seller Dashboard

How to use your Seller Dashboard

Your Seller Dashboard is where you run your store on BlackSpace. You add products, fill orders, check your earnings, and change your store settings here. This guide walks through the home page and every item in the menu, and points you to the article that covers each one in detail.

How to open your Seller Dashboard

Sign in to BlackSpace, then go to myblackspace.co/dashboard. If you aren't signed in yet, BlackSpace asks you to sign in first and then takes you straight to your Seller Dashboard.

Bookmark that page so you can get back in one click.

Your home page

The first page you see is your home page, called Overview. Here's what's on it.

One menu item to leave alone

Under Orders, you won't need Add New Order. Orders from buyers show up in All Orders on their own. Opening Add New Order creates an empty order right away, even if you don't fill anything in, so it's best to skip it.
