If you need to update the shipping address on your order, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each seller on BlackSpace manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Order Not Yet Placed

If your order has not been placed yet, you can either update the shipping address on the checkout page or you can update your saved address in your account if you’ve registered for one.

1. On the BlackSpace website, go to your account.
2. Go to Addresses.
3. Review the Billing Address and make sure that it is correct.
4. If it needs to updated, click “Edit” to update it. It can also be updated directly on the checkout page.
5. Click “Save Address”.

Order Has Been Placed

If your oder has been placed already, then your best option is to contact the seller who can work with the carrier to do so. Most carriers will only accept address change order directly from the merchant, so you may have limited success if you contact the carrier. Please be sure to check and double check your shipping address.
