Reaching out to a seller is the best way to get information about an item or resolve any issues you have with your order. Each seller on BlackSpace manages their own orders and makes their own decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

There are two convenient ways to get in touch with a seller:

Before you place an order

1. Choose an item you’re interested in and go to the listing page (click the item).
2. Click the store name, just below the “Categories”.
3. Click “Get Help” or “Store Support” button.
4. Fill out the form and click “Submit”. The seller will be notified immediately.

After you place an order

1. Sign in to your BlackSpace account.
2. Click on Orders then click the order number.
3. Click Get Support From The Seller.
4. Fill out the form and click Submit. The seller will be notified immediately.
