There are two easy ways to access your downloadable purchase: in your email confirmation or in the Downloads section of your My Account page. If you checked out as a guest, your only option is to access your purchase in your email confirmation.
Access through email confirmation
- Go to your email where you received your purchase confirmation.
- Click on the content link under the Download column.
- Your download will begin immediately.
Access through My Account
- From the myblackspace.co website, access your My Account page.
- Click on Downloads.
- From there, you can download your content, see how many downloads remain, and the expiration date.
Can’t find your confirmation email
First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding hello@myblackspace.co to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.
If you have a registered account, you can still access your purchase in My Account. If you checked out as a guest, reach out to us by clicking Still stuck?… Be sure to include the email address you used to make the purchase.
I can’t download my file or I’m having issues downloading it
If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.
If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can’t open the file, please contact the seller.
The type of file you’ll be downloading may also be an issue. If your computer is unable to open the file, it’s possible that you’re missing the program required to open the file type.
