Set up 2FA on your account with email or text message

To keep your BlackSpace account secure, we highly recommend setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for shoppers and require it for store owners and their staff. By using an authenticator app, you add an extra layer of protection, ensuring that only you can access your account.

Email
Step 1: Log in to Your BlackSpace Account

1. Log into your BlackSpace account.

2. Navigate to Manage Account > 2FA Configuration.

Step 2: Start the 2FA Setup Process

1. In your BlackSpace 2FA Configuration page settings, click Configure 2FA, then choose the One-time code via email option.

2. If it isn’t already selected, select the radial button that contains your email address. Note, to further protect your account, that you can only send the one-time code to the email address you’ve registered under My Account > Manage Account > Account Details.

3. Verify your email address with the code that will be sent.

4. While not required, we encourage you to add admin@mail.myblackspace.co to your email’s safe list to ensure that you always receive your one-time code.

Step 1: Log in to Your BlackSpace Account

1. Log into your BlackSpace account.

2. Navigate to Manage Account > 2FA Configuration.

Step 2: Start the 2FA Setup Process

1. In your BlackSpace 2FA Configuration page settings, click Configure 2FA, then choose the One-time code via SMS option.

2. Enter the phone number that you want to use. Click “I’m Ready”.

3. You will receive a code to confirm your number. Enter your confirmation number into the field on your screen, then click “Validate & Save”.
