Each seller on BlackSpace has their own Terms and Conditions, manages their own orders, including decisions about returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Otherwise, buying stuff from our independent sellers on BlackSpace is just like any other shopping experience. Once you find something that you love, simply add it to your cart. When you’re ready, head to the checkout and pay for your item using one of our simple and secure payment methods. And that’s it! You’ll receive an email confirmation for your purchase and all you have to do is sit back and wait for your things to arrive.
If you happened to buy something that is downloadable content, you’ll have access it to it immediately through a link in your confirmation email and by going to your My Account page and clicking Downloads. If you checked out as a guest, you can only access your download from your email confirmation. But, we hope you choose to create an account and join us!
