Buying a BlackSpace gift card is easy:
- From the main webpage of the BlackSpace website, either search for the words “gift card” or click “Gift Card” in the menu.
- Choose an amount, an occasion, and fill out the other required details.
- Click “Add to Cart”.
- When you’re ready to check out, go to your cart and proceed through the checkout process as normal.
A few tips
Your recipient will receive the email notification that their gift card is available, along with the gift card code at the time that you choose when you add the gift card to your card. If you select “Now”, they will receive their email immediately after you checkout. If you select a date in the future, they will receive their gift card at that time.
A gift card is just like cash, so treat it as such. Be very careful when you enter in the recipient’s email address.
Our gift cards do not expire, so buy with confidence.
My recipient didn’t receive their gift card
- Log in to your account and go to the Orders page.
- Locate your gift card order and click the order number.
- Verify that the recipient’s email address is correct.
- If the email address is correct and they have not received their gift card, send us an email with your order number and we will resend the gift card to that email address. We will not change the recipient’s email address once an order is completed.
I sent a gift card to the wrong email address
- Log in to your account and go to the Orders page.
- Locate your gift card order and click the order number.
- Verify the recipient’s email address.
- If the email address is incorrect, send us an email with your order number and request a cancellation. Please note that we can only cancel the order if the balance is unused.
How do I cancel an order?
A BlackSpace gift card is just like cash and the order can be canceled only if the balance is unused. Send us an email with your order number and a request to cancel the gift card purchase and we will review your request.
