How do I change my 2FA settings?
You can easily change the following 2FA settings on your account:
- Mobile phone number associated with receiving your one-time code via SMS
- App that you use to receive your one-time code (e.g., Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, etc.)
- Email address where you receive your one-time code
Step 1: Log in to Your BlackSpace Account
1. Log into your BlackSpace account.
2. Navigate to Manage Account > 2FA Configuration.
Step 2: Choose which 2FA configuration you want to change
1. In your BlackSpace 2FA Configuration page settings, click Change 2FA Settings.
2. Choose which configuration option you would like to change and follow the instructions presented to you.
